Awareness, Health, and Learning
      One day of great attitude.
(No complaining)
      Read a whole book.
(Small books count also.)
      Open the door for someone.       Sit quietly for 10 minutes.
      Let someone else go first.       Choose healthy snacks for 1 week.
      Make one meal for your parents.       Write a paragraph about the benefits of karate.
      Thank your teacher after class or after school.       Go one day without TV and video games.
      Write one thank-you note.       One day of only educational TV.
      For one day do what your parents or teachers say the first time they say it.       Learn your emergency phone numbers (home, parents' work and cell, fire, police).
      Clean your room and make your bed.       Wear your seatbelt every day and remind others to do the same.
      Volunteer to help with the dishes or chores.       Write down 3 things you should know about stranger safety and awareness.
      Volunteer to help clean up at school.       Learn a famous quote.
      Remember to say "Please" and "Thank You."       Choose a stranger safety secret code word that only you and your parents will know.
      Be well-behaved in public.       Draw or paint a picture or write a story about your favorite role model.
      Be extra-focused at school for one whole day.       Learn how to answer the phone and the door. (Ask your parents.)
      Say something supportive or nice to someone.       Stick to your commitments, even when you don't want to.
      Do one good deed or chore for your grandparents or other relative.       Brush your teeth in the morning and before bed.
